The SETC is hosting the Building Your Community Network webinar to expand linkages between Faith-Based and
Community Organizations (FBCO) and New Jersey's workforce investment system. The webinar will provide an
opportunity for leaders from FBCOs, Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs), One-Stop Career Centers, and
education and training providers to explore complementary efforts aimed at helping struggling individuals
and populations improve their employment and income prospects. As a follow up to this training, WIBs will
host meetings to identify specific areas of collaboration. The webinar, accompanying online materials,
and the subsequent meeting(s) will assist local areas develop effective collaborative strategies to
help people move forward.
